Enforce UI/UX standards (buttons with clearer labels, wording on classic operations, ...)
Is it possible to have the buttons for episode production/recording labeled? The pictures are very confusing and it would be really helpful to know what I'm doing, and what my options are.

After 4/5 months and 2000 more users we can see where the app has a lot of friction and which parts are giving us more support tickets.
That's why we started to work on the new design of the app, which will also help supporting the video feature, the onboarding experience and prep for the new interview editor (WYSIWYG editor).

The log in experience is superrrrr awkward. It always makes me log in again and its annoying. Then it always does this thing where it says it will refresh to an update in 5 seconds. It seems like a lot of steps I don't need.

Tremendous promise but needs some refinement as it is not quite intuitive enough.
Buttons should be full width.
The OK button should be "Continue" and there should also be a "Back" button on the same line. The UP / DOWN step arrows should be replaced with this.
The "Drop or browse files" box doesn't make sense. It should be left aligned. It should also says different things for Desktop vs Mobile. Desktop should say "Add Content" and then give the available actions. Mobile should also say "Add Content" and then show the available actions. The Icon and Dashed lines should also be adjustable in themes.

Yes, absolutely, we recently hired an UX freelance and this is also confirmed by her tests. We will improve buttons and most of them will get a label.
