[bug ?] Picture displayed only as non-expandable (and not clickable) thumbnail > useless
First time I’m using the "add an image to decorate your step" feature.
In the creator back-office the image is displayed as a thumbnail, but at least the thumbnail is expendable (viewable in full size in a pop-up window).
But when viewing the interview as a respondent, the image is only served as a thumbnail, with no visible way to expand it (and nothing happens when I click on the image).
For a picture that was (in my current case) intended to help people understand all of the UI elements, this renders the image useless.

Joris GUERRY: Just to state clearly what would in my opinion be the most useful : that we (as a creator) be able to specify wether we want the picture displayed as a zoomable thumbnail, or
directly
as the expanded image. In my current case (UI tutorial picture), the best would be the second possibility.But I presume it is more complex to set up, and may not be obviously relevant in your opinion.
So already having zoomable thumbnails in guest experience on monday would be great ! Thanks again for that

I understand why I had not seen it worked : the user has to click quite precisely on the magnifier icon so that the zoomed image pops up. If one only clicks within the rounded square area, without targeting the magnifier icon, nothing happens. This is somewhat confusing. But already great for such a rapidly set up new feature !

But not pressing about that, it’s already great that you activated the zooming function, and I will go with it for our current interview campaign.

Est-ce que vous seriez éventuellement en mesure de résoudre ce problème pour lundi ? J’ai décidé de repousser jusque-là l’envoi de notre enquête pour avoir l’interface francisée.
Mais du coup je ne peux pas inclure le tuto que j’ai créé pour aider nos destinataires à s’y retrouver sans aucun souci dans la logique de l’interface.
