[Guest referral] Not compatible with cname and anonymous participant

If a guest is anonymous and use the guest referral step to share the interview with someone, that person receives an email with 2 things to fix:

the interview link is not the custom page one (so not compatible with cname feature yet)
the message says "anonymous user 78645646 ..." and it should say something like "Someone thought you could be interested ..."
